NBA & the NBPA partner for NBA All-World Mobile Game


People are going to have a way to interact like never before courtesy of the NBA and NBPA titled "NBA All World".

You'll have the chance to challenge players and friends in your neighborhood in a game that will place you in the real-world metaverse.

Niantic has announced a partnership with the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) to create an original real-world mobile game: NBA All-World.

The game is free-to-play which is great for the users. Hopefully, we'll get to see a trailer of the game to see how exactly it will work.

TAKE ON LEBRON: Challenge NBA players in the metaverse with this game

Here is a statement from the Senior Producer at Niantic, Marcus Matthews:

"NBA All-World represents an industry first in sports games, as an original, real-world mobile game that will appeal to casual and core NBA fans alike. We’re creating and designing a game that empowers players to represent where they’re from and showcase their individual style."

The Head of Consumer Products at the NBA, Matt Holt said:

"Through our partnership with Niantic, NBA All-World will provide fans across the globe the opportunity to fully immerse themselves into the energy and excitement of the NBA. Evident in the name of the game itself, we look forward to engaging with our fans around the world through this immersive experience."

Potential Release Date & Information

At the moment, there hasn't been an official release date for NBA All World. Over the next few week's we should learn more including a date and a first look.
