It has been spotted that Final Fantasy Remake could be coming to Epic Games Store on PC soon.
This report is coming from the backend data of the Epic Games Store and was pointed out by Wario 64 on Twitter.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Could Be Coming to Epic Games Store
You can see their tweet revealing it, and the images that show the listings, below.
While a lot of the information on those images is difficult to decipher for the less technologically inclined of us, it clearly says "ff7remake" as part of one of the inputs.
It also says "Cloud" multiple times, which references the game as well.
As you may also have spotted, it seems like Alan Wake Remastered could also be coming to the store alongside Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Epic Games Store Release Date
As for when it might release, it's hard to say. It will probably be announced first, rather than being shadow dropped, so keep an eye out.
Since hype for Final Fantasy 7 Remake is high right now, following the release of Intergrade and the Yuffie Intermission DLC on PlayStation 5, around now would be a great time to continue that excitement and release Final Fantasy 7 Remake on another platform.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade
It's also not clear whether Epic Games Store version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be the upgraded Intergrade version, complete with the Yuffie DLC, or the standard one.
Intergrade launched on PS5 earlier in June, complete with a graphics upgrade. It'd be nice if the Epic Games Store version got some visuals enhancements as well as the fun new DLC.
We'll have a review on the Yuffie DLC too, but it's definitely worth playing.
