FIFA 23 Ratings: English Superstar DOWNGRADED

FIFA 23 is just around the corner, with a number of rumours and leaks spilling out regarding this year's game.

Eagle-eyed fans have started noticing some of the brand new ratings hidden in the showcase trailers, with a new rating revealed for one of England's top stars.

Captain Downgrade

If the FIFA 23 matchday experience trailer is to be believed, we can expect to see an 89-rated Harry Kane in FIFA 23.

The England captain was shown with an 89 rating in the trailer, a -1 downgrade on his 90 card from the beginning of FIFA 22.

This downgrade may come as a shock to a few, with the Spurs sensation certainly showing enough to maintain his status in the 90 club.

Alas, it appears as though EA have move quick to amend their ratings, with Harry Kane receiving the same rating he rewarded in both FIFA 19 and FIFA 20.

German Star Remains

Aside from Kane's downgrade, another rating was also revealed in the recent Matchday Experience trailer.

Toni Kroos - a Champions League winner with Real Madrid last term - has maintained his rating of 88, with the German midfield maestro once again set to be one of the best midfielders from the start of FIFA 23.

These ratings reveal showcase that the times are truly changing, with the rating axe ready to be swung once more ahead of FIFA 23.
