LATEST - Kane & Son Star with FULL SQUAD LEAKED
The Top 23 best-rated players in FIFA 23 have been revealed, with Spurs stars Heung Min Son and Harry Kane both making the cut, each with an 89 OVR.
They were joined in the Top 25 Premier League players list by Hugo Lloris, who has maintained an 87 OVR this season.
We've also had a sneak peek at what the rest of the Spurs squad will look like after an EA Sports blunder led to a number of ratings being leaked for FIFA 23.

Top Players
Antonio Conte is working his magic at Spurs, with Champions League football the first big stepping stone of his tenure.
Harry Kane (OVR 89)
Harry Kane has been given a shock downgrade in FIFA 23, with the England captain dropping to an 89-rated overall.
He didn't break 20 Premier League goals last campaign, but has become much more of a playmaker up top, and is integral to the way Spurs play.
Heung Min Son (OVR 89)
Heung Min Son enjoyed another fantastic season, sharing the Golden Boot with Mohamed Salah.
Whilst we did think that should have been enough to see his rating increase slightly, EA has decided to keep the South Korean as an 89-Rated winger.
Hugo Lloris (OVR 87)
Another FIFA, another high 80's rating for Hugo Lloris.
We don't see any reason why his overall is likely to change in any way, and EA has thought the same.
Transfers
Spurs have been surprisingly active on the transfer market, rewarding Antonio Conte for securing Champions League football.
Their marquee signing has been snatching Richarlison from Everton, with former Brighton man Yves Bissouma also making the move.
Ivan Perisic will fit the system very well and comes in on a free transfer, as does Fraser Forster.

Upgrades
We don't see many Spurs players getting an upgrade, despite having a successful season.
The only other man we see making a decent improvement is Eric Dier, who has been a consistently stable presence at the back for them throughout the season.
Downgrades
Like with the upgrades, we don't expect many changes with downgrades either.
The full-backs are the only positions we see being hit, with Reguilon, Emerson Royal and Matt Doherty all in line for a slight decrease.
