TOTW 23 gave us Robert Lewandowski and Gabriel Jesus, with TOTW 24 bringing a boost to Matthijs de Ligt (with the latest Man of the Match batch including Erling Haaland!).

OTW Upgrades Explained
There are several ways Ones to Watch cards can be upgraded in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.
OTW cards will automatically upgrade to the OVR of the latest performance-based in-form item the player has received, which includes Team of the Week (TOTW) and Man of the Match (MOTM).
They will gain a one-time upgrade through a 'Wins to Watch' bonus, which is achieved if their team wins three matches out of their next eight domestic league games, starting from Friday, 30 September.
Finally, new to FUT 23 is a 'Nations to Watch' bonus, which is again a one-time upgrade, earned if their national team wins any game at the World Cup.
For the Wins and Nations bonuses, the OTW players do not have to feature in the game or be part of their nation’s squad to be eligible for the upgrade.
