Whether you're jumping from your Apache Attack Helicopter as an AA Missle closes in or you're jumping from the top of a skyscraper to escape an electrical storm, being able to use a Wingsuit in Battlefield 2042 is going to make you a deadly opponent in the skies. Here's everything you need to know about getting your hands on one.
WINGSUIT - How to use one in Battlefield 2042
At the moment, you can only use a Wingsuit if you're playing as Emma "Sundance" Rosier, one of the Specialists available in-game.
Every Specialist has two unique traits in Battlefield 2042 and EA DICE has opted to give Sundance the Wingsuit. Here's her full ability loadout and bio:
" Sundance definitely likes to live on the edge. They're a skilled and fearless adversary that's had two very different lives – one as a model soldier in the Armée de Terre, and an earlier and much darker existence as a trusted associate in a major Parisian crime syndicate. The latter, sadly, came back to haunt them and ended their military career pre-maturely."
" This Assault Specialist is doing their best to keep a low profile among the Non-Patriated, while still using their unique talents to aid the cause whenever they can."
- Smart Explosives
" Sundance has the explosives and experience to make life very difficult for the enemy. From scatter grenades to micro-drones, if something needs to go "boom", they're the one to call."
- Wingsuit Operator
" When needed, Sundance will deploy a wingsuit instead of a chute."
If you want to actually use the Wingsuit, while playing as Sundance, you need to just hit the jump prompt (X or A on controllers) to activate it in the place of a parachute. There's no word on whether future Specialists will include the Wingsuit Operator ability.
