Finesse shots are crucial to scoring more goals in FC 25. With some meta tactics not being as effective this year, the art of the finesse shot will be a vital skill for many players in FC 25.
This mechanic allows players to curl the ball when shooting, which can lead to better success rates when shooting from range you can curl a shot around the goalkeeper and into the top corner. There are also regular Objectives in FUT that ask players to score finesse shots, so it's a useful skill to have!
In order to pull off a finesse shot, you need to know the controls:
- Xbox: RB + B
- PlayStation: R1 + Circle
You will still need to judge angle and power yourself, but the finesse shot will put an additional bend on the ball to help arc it into the top corner.
Players with the finesse shot PlayStyle get a boost to accuracy and curl on finesse shots, while those with the PlayStyle+ get an even bigger boost.
