Yumemizuki Mizuki is the only confirmed character for release in Genshin Impact version 5.4. She is likely the only new character scheduled for the update, with the other three being reruns.
According to leaks, the returning characters are Wriothesley, Furina, and Sigewinne. Mizuiki is likely in phase 1, as most newer characters are released early when they're the only new introduction in the version.

With Mizuki being the main character addition for the update, the focus of the patch will be on Inazuma where the main event will be held. Typically the game takes a break after wrapping up a major arc, so all of this lines up.
One leak suggested a new area, "Autumn Sand Baths," will be added with the update saying the area is inspired by Natlan's hot springs. It is likely Aisa Bathhouse, where Mizuki serves as a clinical psychologist. It means you'll be able to enter the bathhouse that is already located, so it is just an interior and nothing substantial.

- A notification will pop up before the Archon quest triggers, warning you that it is lengthy and to only start if you have the time.
- While refining, all duplicates of locked weapons can be unlocked with a single click.

- A "Character Development Plan system" is added that'll assist you in building characters, allowing you to plan and track progress.
