When do I get my free World Cup History Maker in FUT 23?

The Qatar World Cup is continuing to deliver plenty of content in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.

In celebration of the winter competition, EA has made one special World Cup History Maker Player Item available to unlock for every FUT player for free.

So, find out when you will get your World Cup History Maker in FIFA 23 below.

Release Date

Your free World Cup History Maker card will be released on Friday, 23 December.

The time of release has not yet been confirmed but you can expect your History Maker to be made available at approximately 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.

Every History Maker item will receive two guaranteed upgrades. The first will go live on Friday, 13 January and the second on Tuesday, 14 February.

What is a World Cup History Maker?

World Cup History Maker player items celebrate current international players who were set to have a key role for their country at the FIFA World Cup 2022.

The selected players will be given special boosted cards that will receive further upgrades on specific dates, as mentioned above.

The History Makers card design has already been revealed, with a snazzy gold item being handed out to selected players as you can see in the Tweet above.
