With many different tasks and game modes, FIFA 22 Ultimate Team can be a tricky place to prioritise your playtime in.
We have you covered, with this weekly look at all the objectives and SBCs, letting you know what to look out for and where to avoid.
Where possible we will also be highlighting how to combine multiple objectives, to streamline your play.
Monday
Weekend League rewards are available at 2am ET / 7am BST if you did not complete all your matches.
Team of the Week 30 was quite decent, with seven players rated 85 OVR or higher, with a couple of big hitters in there, including one superstar.
Kylian Mbappe gained a 94 OVR card, so good luck getting him in your Red Picks, with the second-highest rated being a 90 OVR Ciro Immobile.
The FUT Captains promo has run into its second week, bringing more incredible boosted cards for FUT Heroes and current captains alike, as well as daily SBCs, including for Prime Icon Moments!
FUT Captain Lars Stindl was made available to unlock for free via objectives last week, with a new Live FUT Friendly called The Chosen One introduced, where you will need to compete using only players from the same team.
If you are yet to complete him, you can use this guide of the best clubs to use in The Chosen One to get them completed as quickly as possible, with them expiring on Friday, 22 April.
We suggested holding off completing Stindl, with another objectives player likely to come, so you could combine objectives.
Another player did come, with objectives for Fabien Lemoine, however, a new Live FUT Friendly was also introduced for him, so you can't double up with Stindl.
Again, you have until Friday, 22 April, to complete him, so these two cards will be your main priority.
Another Live FUT Friendly, called Captain's Cup, has matching Captain's Cup objectives, which is an easy way to get some packs, just make sure you play your allocated matches each day.
Getting to four wins will also grant you a FUT Hero Captain on loan, which could help you progress even further through the objectives.
At 1pm ET / 6pm BST, Icon Swaps 2 objectives will expire, as will the token swaps SBCs.
If you haven't completed all the objectives, what were you doing?! Make sure you have traded in your tokens for the best rewards before time runs out on them.
Voting for Team of the Season has opened, with the Community TOTS vote closing on Wednesday, April 20, so make sure you visit EAs site to make your voice heard.
Tuesday
Today is your last chance to bring in the Silver Stars Billy Sharp, with the FUT Captains promo coming to the weekly objectives.
With the objectives being able to be completed in less than an hour it's definitely worth doing, especially as he has the base stats of an 88-rated card.
Wednesday
Team of the Week 31 will arrive on Wednesday, 20 April at 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
With Neymar headlining TOTW 29, Kylian Mbappe TOTW 30, we should get another massive card with TOTW 31!
What a hindrance Cristiano Ronaldo has been to Manchester United, getting his 60th career hat-trick to help the club past Norwich at the weekend.
A 93 OVR card looks a certainty, which would also see his Ones to Watch card increase to the same rating.
A new Silver Stars card will also be released, so get that completed and out of the way so you don't have to worry about it for the rest of the week.
Thursday
Division Rivals rewards will be released at 3am ET / 8am BST on Thursday, 21 April, but aside from that, it will be a quiet day for new content.
Make sure you have completed all the player objectives, including the MLS Squad Foundation ones.
You have until Tuesday, 3 May to complete them, so there is no rush if you want to focus on other things.
Friday
Weekend League kicks off at 4am ET / 9am BST, so make sure you've qualified for that if you plan to enter.
FUT Captains Team 2 will rotate out of packs at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, with no word on what the next promo will be, if indeed we see another before Team of the Season joins us properly on Friday, 29 April.
We could see a return of the Player Days event, which would bring lots of flash SBCs and discounted packs, as well as the possibility of a 'Best Of' squad release.
Today is a big one for the Team of the Season vote, with you able to decide who should make the Premier League TOTS side.
Head over to EAs website to make your selection, with voting closing on Monday, 25 April.
Saturday
If you've qualified for Weekend League then your day will be occupied with that.
Look to be hitting 51 points as a minimum, as the rewards get much better from that stage upwards.
Other than that, player objectives and Squad Battles could be your port of call, which will give you better rewards for Sunday.
Sunday
Squad Battle rewards will be available at 3am ET / 8am BST, which could be quite good if you've been playing them for the Icon Swaps 2 and player objectives.
Again, it will be another day of Weekend League, player objectives, Squad Battles or Division Rivals.
Live SBCs
There are loads of Icon cards available at the moment, and we would recommend completing their loan card options, as you can use them infinitely in FUT Friendlies, and they could come in very useful in the future.
To find out all the current Live SBCs, check out our SBC Hub.
Worth completing:
- Hany Mukhtar - A really nippy card that will help complete the MLS objectives
- Victor Osimhen - A card that is so cheap you will have no problem completing it with fodder in your club
- Eran Zahavi - Same as above, cheap and cheerful
- Joao Felix - Again, same as above
- Martin Terrier - Guess what? Same as above!
- Pepe - 27k for a card rated 93 OVR on basic chemistry
