Rocket League is now entering its 7th year, but only continues to grow. With Season 8 just released, bringing the new street art theme to Soccar, there is no better time to hop on for a game with your friends.

Even if the party doesn't have the same console there is no reason to worry. With cross-play now available across all platforms, it's easier than ever to party up.

Rocket League Cross-Platform

Cross-platform play is now available in Rocket League for Playstation, Xbox, PC, and Nintendo players. If you find the feature not working for you, there should be an easy fix available in Settings.

Cross-play in Settings

Just head to Settings - Gameplay - Cross-Platform Play and make sure the box there has a tick in it. As long as you have the relevant online account for your platform, you should be all set to go.

Your online games will now feature players from all platforms, and you can join customs games and team-up with your friends on different consoles.

Cross Progression in Rocket League

Rocket League will now track your progress no matter how you play the game. Make sure you have an Epic Games account that is linked to your console account, which you can check here.

You'll be asked to choose your primary platform, and be sure to pick the platform with the best progression, rank, and Rocket pass level, as that will be your benchmark going forward.
