The new Air Jordan 1 High OG "Brotherhood" looks to pay homage to Michael Jordan's North Carolina fraternity, Omega Psi Phi, by sporting the organisations signature yellow and purple colours.
This is not the only high-top Jordan sneaker Nike has revealed that links to a piece of history, with the upcoming Jordan 1 '85 "Georgetown" due to be released this year as well.
With that being said, we're focusing on all the latest news surrounding the "Brotherhood" drop here. So, without further delay, let's dive in...
Air Jordan 1 High OG Brotherhood Release Date
Thankfully the wait is up if you've been itching to get your hands on these standout sneakers as the "Brotherhood" colourway is out now.
This is refreshing news following the slew of recent Jordan's having unknown release dates and delays certain colourways arrivals.
Air Jordan 1 High OG Brotherhood Design
As previously mentioned, this particular Jordan 1 colourway is based on the North Carolina University fraternity Omega Psi Phi which was founded on 17 November 1911.
As a result, the bulk of the sneaker comes dressed in 'University Gold' panels across the ankle, heel, and toebox, while the base, midsole, and tongue come in a familiar white leather.
You then get contrasting 'Light Bordeux' hues covering the remaining panels, laces, and Nike Swoosh plus Jordan 'Wings' branding across the lateral and medial sides.
The entire sneaker then sits on top of the white Nike Air midsole, the typical design piece that rounds off a pair of Jordan 1 sneakers.
Air Jordan 1 High OG Brotherhood Price
A men's pair of the "Brotherhood" high-tops come with a $170 price tag.
We'd recommend acting fast though when these sneakers release to secure your pair before bots and scalpers pick them up for resale.
Where To Buy Air Jordan 1 High OG Brotherhood
