New images have surfaced of what appears to be the next Manchester United Home Kit for the 2022/23 season, and if you're like us, you're itching to know what date it will release.
It looks like Adidas has taken inspiration from some of its mid to late 90s shirts with its latest design, drawing from some of the best retro football kits of the past.
If the leaked images are accurate, then expect Manchester United to be wearing this new home kit ahead of next season's Premier League campaign, perhaps even for the final game of the current season.
With that being said, here's everything we know about the new Manchester United home kit so far...
Manchester United Home Kit 2022/23 Release Date
Very little information is out there regarding the release of the next Manchester United kit.

While it's rumoured the kit will arrive in May, recent reports seem to suggest that the new strip will actually launch towards the end of June / early July instead.
This is most likely because the club's contract with its new sleeve sponsor doesn't begin until 1 July, so the kit may be held off until then.
Make sure you check back in with us to find out the latest news regarding the drop.
Manchester United Home Kit 2022/23 Leaks And Design
The leaked images, spotted by Footy Headlines, appear to show the new Manchester United kit utilising a slightly darker red than what we've become accustomed to over the last few years.

However, the main talking point is the white, 1994-inspired collar featuring a triangular red and black pattern around the edge which looks to adhere to the more retro design it appears Adidas is trying to achieve.
On the topic of Adidas, it seems we're getting the usual three stripes down the sleeves, but this time in black as opposed to white featured on this season's kit.

While there are no early images of the shorts to comment on, we do get a glimpse at the socks which appear to be dressed in the traditional black and red colours, and incorporate the club's Red Devil logo on the front to round off the design.

Joining the handful of leaked images are photos of multiple new Manchester United shirts packaged and ready to be shipped.
While this may not necessarily confirm their upcoming arrival, it does suggest these leaks are the finalised design.

Moreover, it would seem images from United's photoshoot have also been leaked, with the kit being modeled by non-other than Cristiano Ronaldo.

As most of the leaked images are close-up shots, sports graphic designer Jack Henderson decided to produce accurate renders of what this new Manchester United home kit should look like in full.

Of course, the front will feature the Red Devil's badge and the Adidas logo as the manufacturer, and, at this moment in time, TeamViewer is set to continue as the main shirt sponsor, hence why it features in white across the chest.
Bleacher Report has also created an illustration of how the kit will likely look on the pitch, modeled by United's biggest signing in the last few years - Jadon Sancho.
