eFootball fans have been clamouring for the arrival of Master League for some time, but the silence is deafening when it comes to Konami's free-to-play offering.

It was confirmed that Master League will arrive in 2023, but the lack of a release date has become a source of frustration.

Master League is confirmed to arrive in eFootball sometime in 2023, which is much better than the silence we'd have regarding the mode prior.

Right now, there's no confirmed price or release date for the Master League DLC - but we know it will drop in 2023.

Konami has now confirmed that the game mode will arrive as paid DLC, a departure from the game's free-to-play model.

The code showcases some of the proposed cut-scenes that could feature in Master League, with different members of staff set to feature.

Master League has always been well known for the implementation of cut scenes and it's looking increasingly likely that we will see these return in the eFootball 2023 version.
