Mitchell Marner - 91 OVR (+1)
The new NHL 21 roster update keeps things on the offensive side, this time bumping up a dangerous right winger!
Mitchell Marner has strung together 21 points in his last 14 games, and has proven his game as a fantastic passer that teams have to keep an eye on. His NHL 21 rating has gotten a bump for his showings.
Quinn Hughes - 87 OVR (+1)
Quinn Hughes finally changes the pace in the NHL 21 roster update, bringing some ratings love to the defensemen.

In reality, though, Hughes is a very active player on both sides of the ice (arguably better offensively), with 16 assists in 16 games this season.
Cale Makar - 87 OVR (+1)
Makar's ratings bump shows EA haven't totally forgotten about true defensive players in NHL 21.
Makar is a model defender, shutting down possessions and controlling his zone, while contributing a bit to offensive pushes as well. If you're looking to lock players up in NHL 21, Makar has just become an even better choice.
