How to Start Yuffie DLC in FF7 Intergrade

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade is finally here and with that comes all-new features, much better performance and a tonne of quality of life improvements. Needless to say, this is the best way to play the game.

Not only does it look better but it also comes with a whole new DLC featuring fan favourite Yuffie. This plays into the store in an interesting way and even hints at where the game will go next in Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part Two.

How Does INTERMission Work?

First, before booting the game up, you should check to see if your save file is there and that you have the right version of the game.

To use your old save file, you have to boot up the PS4 version of the game and use the options of the game to upload your file for the PS5 version. After this is done, you should check you have the right version of the game.

If you got the free version of the game via PSPlus this year, you are not entitled to the free upgrades the PS5 version has to offer.

You need to have actually purchased the game for this. Secondly, you have to actually buy the DLC to activate it. The free upgrade does not come with the DLC.

How to Start Yuffie DLC

If you have it all booted up but haven't purchased the DLC yet, you can do so by clicking triangle. This will send you to the store to purchase it for yourself.

Once this has downloaded and is now ready to go, simply go back to the main menu and click R2. This will open up a separate menu for the DLC where you can start it. Just make sure to play the base game first, there are some interesting links there you might miss otherwise. This is a story worth really investing in.
