Federico Valverde (CA 160 - PA 168)
Age: 23
Club: Real Madrid
Value: £40 million
Already a star in Spain, Valverde has made his name as a graceful midfielder with an excellent range of passing.
Likened to some midfield greats, the Uruguayan is by far the most expensive option on this list. However, with an incredible array of technical and mental stats, he's also the best option in terms of ability.
It would take a big offer to take him away from Spain, but there's no doubt that Valverde would transform your team in FM22.

Currently plying his trade in Spain, Racic is a midfielder on the minds of every top European club. With his value low, there's definitely a deal to be had with Valencia.

He may be under the radar, but that doesn't mean Racic isn't ready to step into your team.

Another midfielder that oozes class, Palacios is a full international with Argentina and a star in his domestic league.
Whilst going under the radar due to the dominance of Bayern, Leverkusen's Argentine passing maestro is definitely a player to keep your eye on.
Whilst the German outfit is certain to want a decent fee, investing in this rising star could lead to success in FM22.
Riqui Puig (CA 131 - PA 160)
