We've entered 2021, so it's time to start looking ahead to the traditional FM Winter Update.
We've got a month of transfer window action to come first, but what can we expect to see when the FM21 Winter Update drops?
The winter update is an important date in the FM calendar, as this is the time when we get all of the updated transfers and rating updates for the very first time.
Last years update came on Tuesday, 25 February, and we're expecting a late February release this year.
We're expecting some time around Tuesday, February 16 for this year's release.
What will we see in the update? Let's find out.
The main area to focus on is the newly transferred players come the end of January.
The Winter Transfer Window is live now and, whilst there hasn't been any major signings as of yet, there is expected to be a few big names switching clubs before the month comes to an end.
All of the switches will be enforced in FM when the winter update drops.
You can also expect to see some changes to in-game attributes when the winter update comes around.
It's unlikely that we will see any major changes, but expect to see a couple of upgrades here, a couple downgrades there and maybe a position change or two if the FM devs see fit.
Of course, we will update you with all the rating changes in due course.
Could we see one or two new faces make their way to the Sports Interactive title when the winter update arrives?
Youssoufa Moukoko is the man that we all want to see, with the 16-year-old Dortmund man become the youngest ever player to feature in the Bundesliga when he made his debut back in November.
We're not sure if he'll come in the update, but there's always a chance.
Who knows what his potential ability will be!
