FM21's Most Improved Players after the Winter Update

The Winter Update has finally landed in FM21, and it's brought some huge changes to the title.

One of the most significant changes is the upgrades to those who have shone so far this season, and there are some BIG leaps.

Yousouffa Moukoko

LATE ARRIVAL - He may be last, but Moukoko is certainly not least

Given the fact he's new to the game, Moukoko isn't technically one of the most improved players in the update.

That being said, he's certainly one who will improve your side.

The Dortmund youngster enters the game as one of the top-ranked wonderkids within the Sports Interactive title, with only Eduardo Camavinga capable of reaching the same heights as the German forward.

He's changed the game completely, and you need to add him to your side.

Jonathan Bamba

PROLIFIC - Bamba knows where the back of the net is

If you've followed the French top flight this season, you'll know how good Jonathan Bamba is.

The French winger has been the standout performer for Lille this season, as the Northern French side remain well in the hunt for a first Ligue 1 title in over a decade.

The October POTM has seen his FM stats upgraded as a result of his fine season to date, with the 24-year-old well worth considering if you're in the market for a new forward.

Harvey Barnes

FOX IN THE BOX - Barnes has an eye for goal

England is blessed with a plethora of top-tier attacking midfielders, with Harvey Barnes worthy of a place on that list.

The Leicester City man has been one of the standout performers for Brendan Rodgers side as they hunt for a place in next seasons Champions League.

A spot on the plane to Euro 2021 is still achievable for Barnes, and if you add him to your FM save, he'll help you to a whole host of trophies too.

Luke Jephcott

GREEN ARMY - Jephcott will lead you up the divisions

If you're looking for a lower league club to start an FM save with, then you may want to consider the mighty Plymouth Argyle.

Their Welsh forward has been banging in goals for fun this term, picking up 18 goals in 30 games in all competitions so far this season.

And that sort of form doesn't go unnoticed by the Sports Interactive team, who have duly rewarded the forward with a significant upgrade as part of the latest updates.

Jannik Vestergaard

SAINT - Vestergaard has seen his ratings shoot up

Now if you've got the exclusive Southampton version of FM21, then this will be music to your ears.

The 6'6" centre-back has been one of the most consistent performers for the Saints so far this season, with his injury absence from the team in recent weeks a key factor in their downturn in form.

You won't need to worry about his injuries in FM though, as a fit and firing Vestergaard equipped with his upgrades is ready to marshall your defence.
