Rest of the World TOTS Release Date
EA has not yet announced the release date for the Rest of the World TOTS squad, and it wasn't included on their updated FUT Champions TOTS Rewards Schedule.
However, that doesn't mean that it won't appear, with it likely that multiple minor leagues will drop at the same time towards the end of the TOTS campaign, with only one available as weekend league rewards - as we have seen in previous years.

The Rest of the World squad will be among the last to be available in packs, and based on earlier leaks it is rumoured to be released on Sunday, 4 June, with the items added at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm BST on the day of their release.
They would join the major league Serie A TOTS side in packs and likely drop in conjunction with the Liga Portugal (NOS) squad, with that minor league squad confirmed for release.
GK - Joe Hart (OVR 95)

Celtic's success in the SPFL is largely down to their great defensive record this season, with former England international Joe Hart between the sticks.
The 35-year-old has kept 15 clean sheets this term, more than any other goalie in the division.
RB - James Tavernier (OVR 94)

Ultimate Team fan-favourite James Tavernier is set to be included in back-to-back RoW TOTS squads, having made last year's XI.
The 31-year-old right-back has been brilliant yet again for Rangers, scoring 15 goals and providing six assists in 32 appearances in the Scottish Premiership.
CB - Mykola Matviyenko (OVR 93)

Shakhtar Donetsk are once again the league leaders in Ukraine and this year, it's largely down to their excellent defence led by Mykola Matviyenko.
The 26-year-old Ukrainian centre-back is both strong in defensive duels and composed when in possession of the ball and is now attracting interest from some of Europe's biggest clubs.
CB - Aaron Hayden (OVR 88)

Welsh national league team Wrexham has been propelled into stardom by new co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney. Defender Aaron Hayden has been a regular in the now-famous side.
The English centre-half has been exceptional throughout Wrexham's record-breaking campaign, scoring an astonishing twelve goals from the back.
LB - Ulisses Garcia (OVR 91)

Swiss defender Ulisses Garcia is the standout player in the left-back position this year, having provided six assists and one goal from the defence.
The 27-year-old has helped BSC Young Boys keep more clean sheets than any other side in the league this season with 11.
CDM - Malcom Edjouma (OVR 93)

26-year-old midfielder Malcom Edjouma has been brilliantly consistent for Fotbal Club FCSB in both defence and attack this season.
Edjouma has managed to net nine goals in 28 appearances from the number six position this term.
CAM - Robert Zulj (OVR 92)

Linzer ASK midfielder Robert Zulj has registered seven goals and three assists in 19 league matches this season, but the Austrian brings much more to the table than meets the eye.
Zulj is the heartbeat of the midfield and pulls the strings for the side that currently sits third in the Austrian Bundesliga table.
CAM - Bruno Petkovic (OVR 89)

Croatian playmaker Bruno Petkovic could be one of the players representing the SuperSport HNL league with an 89 OVR Team of the Season item.
The 28-year-old has netted nine goals and provided seven assists in 23 league matches during the 2022/23 campaign.
RW - Craig Goodwin (OVR 92)

Australian winger Craig Goodwin has once again been one of the standout players in the A-League this season and deserves a spot in the RoW TOTS.
Adelaide United's all-time leading goalscorer has added another 11 goals and 10 assists to his tally this season in 21 appearances so far.
LW - Kyogo Furuhashi (OVR 93)

Japanese forward Kyogo Furuhashi will surely make the FIFA 23 Rest of the World Team of the Season this year.
The Celtic attacker has 26 league goal contributions to his name this term with 23 goals and three assists in 30 appearances.
ST - Paul Mullin (OVR 91)

Yes, that's right, we've got two Wrexham players in our predicted Rest of the World XI and we are jumping on the Red Dragons bandwagon!
Scouser Paul Mullin has been simply incredible this season, having scored 35 goals in 43 league appearances already, with three assists too.
