All you need to do is follow these simple steps:
- Launch FIFA 23 & open up Ultimate Team.
- Head to the home page and then the Store.
- Now, go to the 'My Packs' section of the Store.
- Your free World Cup Starter Pack should be waiting for you to open.
If your free pack is not in the My Packs section of the store, you may need to close the FIFA 23 app and re-open it.
