The Future Stars promo is coming to an end in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, but don't worry, another event will be replacing it instantly.
Road to the Final (RTTF) sees the return of another fan-favourite promo, bringing us more live cards that could get boosted to massive overalls.
The leaks have shown that there should be a mini-release of players joining the full squad shortly after the initial release, so find out all you need to know about the event below.
Mini-Release Leaked
After the promo managed to slip in without many leaks, the leakers got their revenge by revealing the full Road to the Final team early.
It looks absolutely brilliant, and we can't wait for the cards to join the game.
There are so many top players included in the initial release, with four more coming after during the mini-release.
Riyad Mahrez (91 OVR)
Manchester City already has a foot in the next round, after a thumping 5-0 away victory against Sporting.
They are again one of the favourites to win the Champions League, meaning Riyad Mahrez could get boosted to a 96 OVR.
Emre Can (86 OVR)
Emre Can looks like a beast of a card, a perfect all-rounder in the centre of the park.
An upgrade for the Dortmund man could be unlikely, however, after an unexpected 4-2 loss at home to Rangers.
Dominik Szoboszlai (85 OVR)
We're pretty sure that Dominik Szoboszlai's stats are better than his 85 OVR rating suggests, with 88 PAC, 87 SHO, 88 PAS and 88 DRI.
RB Leipzig and Real Sociedad fought it out for a 2-2 draw when they met, meaning it could be a gamble getting hold of this card early.
Jason Denayer (84 OVR)
After qualifying top of their group, Lyon bypass the knockout round play-offs part of the Europa League, which could mean that Jason Denayer is already gaining an increase to his card without even playing!
He is pacey, with top defending and physical stats, so has all the makings of a top centre-back in FUT22.
Road to the Final (RTTF)
The Road to the Final promo sees players competing in the Champions League, Europa League, and Europa Conference League awarded a 'live' special card.
These cards' OVR improves depending on how their team is faring in the competition.
The player’s Road To The Final item receives an upgrade each time their team succeeds at select stages throughout the tournament.
Last year saw Mason Mount as one of the top-rated cards in the promo, with his card reaching 90 OVR as Chelsea got all the way to the final and won.
Release Date
The Road to the Final campaign will kick off on Friday, 18 February, with the new cards released into packs at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm GMT on the day of release.
The leaks have shown us that there should also be a mini-release coming too, so expect to see a few more cards joining the squad on Sunday, 20 February, again at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.
The Road to the Final promo could run for just one week, with the What If promo following on straight away, so the schedule is looking very busy in the FUT 22 calendar.
How do RTTF cards work?
All Champions League and Europa League Road To The Final items start with an upgrade at the launch of the event.
From there, the player’s Road To The Final item receives a further upgrade each time their team succeeds at select stages throughout the tournament.
Road To The Final players do not need to be selected or have played in each stage to receive an upgrade.
If a player is no longer on the roster of a club in either tournament, they will not receive any further upgrades.
Likewise, if a player’s team gets knocked out of either tournament, they will no longer receive any upgrades.
Once a certain round of the competition is over, Road To The Final items could take up to a few days to update in-game.
