What makes a wonderkid left-winger?

To class as a left-winger we are looking for players that are either a LW or LM.

For a real wonderkid you have to be a teenager upon FIFA 22's release, so that means Vinicius will not be on the list!

Ansu Fati (OVR 76 - POT 90)

Ansu Fati burst onto the scene with eight goals in his first season in Barcelona colours and followed that up with five goals and four assists in 10 games last season.

Then injury struck the Spanish international, putting him out for the majority of the last term, but now that he has the number 10 jersey he is ready to follow in Lionel Messi's footsteps.

Christos Tzolis (OVR 74 - POT 87)

The Norwich new boy hasn't seen much play time this season, but he did manage two goals and two assists in the EFL Cup in the 6-0 thrashing of Bournemouth.

He can play across the whole front line, with decent attacking stats across the board.

Octavian Popescu (OVR 69 - POT 85)

A promising young player from Romania, Octavian Popescu may end up as a CAM as opposed to on the wing.

He has great ball control and a decent turn of pace to get around the opposition.

Talles Magno (OVR 67 - POT 85)

Talles Magno is currently playing in the MLS for New York City, he has good pace and ball control.

He was named in The Guardian's "Next Generation 2019", but has yet to explode in the MLS or get a move to a bigger league.

Alan Velasco (OVR 73 - POT 85)

At 5'6", Alan Velasco can be a tricky winger to handle, with top agility and balance.

He already has good ball control, so you will be looking to improve his passing and crossing to make him potent in the final third.

Stipe Biuk (OVR 69 - POT 84)

Stipe Biuk finished last season in prolific form, with three goals and two assists in the last few games.

He is yet to add to that this season and rumour has it Manchester City made a bid for him over the summer which was rejected.

Morgan Rogers (OVR 66 - POT 84)

On loan at Bournemouth from Manchester City, Morgan Rogers is a physical winger.

At 6'2" he isn't the most agile, but with 74 Strength he can barge past a lot of full-backs.

Jayden Braaf (OVR 64 - POT 84)

Another Manchester City player, Jayden Braaf is a nippy speedster in the making.

He got quite a few goals from the wing in the PL2 but will need to pop up with more assists to become a more rounded player.

Franco Orozco (OVR 65 - POT 84)

So far, all of Franco Orozco's six club goals came in the 2019/20 season.

He popped up with a few assists last term but will need to improve on his numbers if he is to reach his potential.

Kamaldeen Sulemana (OVR 72 - POT 84)

Kamaldeen Sulemana is rapid, with 93 PAC and 76 DRI to back that up.

He moved to Stade Rennais over the summer and is looking to tear things up in Ligue 1.
