Finally, the PlayStation's PS Plus games for August 2021 have been officially revealed. We already knew one title that was coming, but the others hadn't been confirmed quite yet.
Here's everything you need to know about what makes up the full lineup this month.
Latest - Official August 2021 PS Plus Reveal
Following the reveal of Hunter's Arena at a State of Play earlier in July, the full list has been revealed.
As you can see, the full list of free games with PS Plus in August 2021 is:
- Hunter's Arena: Legends (PS5)
- Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville (PS4)
- Tennis World Tour 2 (PS4)
For Hunter's Arena, the main game of the month: many believed this melee-combat battle royale title was free-to-play to begin with, which has people questioning whether it's actually going to be some sort of in-game Starter Pack on offer for this month's PS Plus line-up. At the moment, you can purchase the Early Access version of the title on Steam for £15.99.
Leaked Ahead of Time
Ahead of time, PlayStation themselves leaked thar Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville and Tennis World Tour 2 would be joining Hunter's Arena as PS Plus games in August.
From what we can tell, PlayStation themselves have accidentally uploaded the following titles to their website. As you can see below, it all looked quite official however disappointing the titles might be.
This all helps us get some idea of what to expect going into this afternoon's PS Plus announcement, but we hope that PlayStation still has something to surprise us with.
You'll be able to download the PS Plus games from next week, on August 3. You should be able to find them for free on the store from midnight in your region.
