The attention is shifting from NHL 21 to NHL 22 because of the new trailer that has finally been released.

Along with the reveal trailer, we've finally got a gameplay trailer that is sure to get you pumped for the next title.

LATEST - NHL 22 Gameplay Trailer revealed

Players rushed to Twitter to see the new gameplay trailer for NHL 22, which was finally revealed after a long wait.

We got to take a look at a couple of different things, one of the standouts was the new gameplay dynamics being brought by the Frostbite Engine. This includes facial animations and stick dynamics.

It looks like EA is looking to blow people away when NHL 22 finally hits consoles on release day. With some of these new features, we can't wait to play either.

Official NHL 22 Trailer

This is the first major NHL 22 trailer and is likely one of many in the future. However, this trailer is something to get excited about as the game looks incredibly crisp and clean.

Last year, the official reveal trailer landed on Monday, August 24, 2020, this year we saw the reveal trailer much earlier on Thursday, August 19, 2021.

There were a couple of reveals in that trailer, one of which is a look at the NHL 22 cover athlete. The other is the official release date for NHL 22 which is October 15, 2021.

You are now able to pre order NHL 22 as well, so don't be shy to rush and reserve your copy of the Standard Edition or X-Factor Edition.

Be a Pro Trailer

Last year, NHL 21 completely revamped career mode with Be a Pro mode. However, additional changes are likely in the works for NHL 22.

NHL 21 had its own Be a Pro trailer that was released on October 1, 2020 which was nearly two weeks before the game came.

Since the game mode isn’t as new as it was last year, it’s unclear if NHL 22 will have a trailer specific to Be a Pro mode.
