Most thought LeBron James would end up getting his own cover but it's actually J. Cole who landed the cover of the Dreamer Edition.

Here's everything we know so far about the NBA 2K23 Cover Athlete and when the next set of reveals could arrive.

Players can secure the Michael Jordan Edition or Championship Edition of NBA 2K23 soon when pre orders go live, and one even includes a year of NBA League Pass.

In addition, we know that more reveals are on the way in the next few days, and reports continue to suggest Devin Booker will be the chosen one as primary NBA 2K23 Cover Athlete.

We already learned about the NBA 2K23 WNBA Edition, but the standard edition star has yet to be made official.

Past NBA 2K Cover Stars

As we mentioned above, Luka Doncic graced the NBA 2K22 cover. However, the NBA 2K23 cover athlete could be one from a previous cover.

For example, Stephen Curry was on the cover of NBA 2K16. We've also seen multiple combination covers, such as the 75th Edition of NBA 2K22. We're hoping to see a few variant editions this year as well.
