Madden 22 dominated the holidays with Zero Chill, but now it's time for Campus Heroes 2 to kick the new year off in Ultimate Team.
We've got all the details on the official release date for Campus Heroes 2 in Madden 22 Ultimate Team and all the players that have been revealed.
Madden 22: Campus Heroes 2 Release Date
Madden 22 kept Ultimate Team thriving throughout the holiday season and their temporary break with Zero Chill, but it's now time for Campus Heroes 2 to bring that program back to the forefront.
Zero Chill was packed to the brim with drops from early December, and the program didn't conclude until Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
Campus Heroes 2 won't be anywhere near as massive, but it marks a return to normalcy for Madden 22 Ultimate Team as Team of the Week 14 and 15 are set to drop ahead of the upcoming NFL Playoffs.
As confirmed on Good Morning Madden, Campus Heroes 2 is set to launch and go live in-game on Friday, January 7, 2022, likely early in the morning around 9am ET.
We're also keeping watch for Team of the Year, Playoffs, and Super Bowl programs that are all expected to hit MUT 22 in the coming weeks.
All Campus Heroes 2 Players Revealed
There will be 12 new players hitting Madden 22 Ultimate Team as part of Campus Heroes Volume 2.
They'll also be accompanied by new challenges and sets as players can grind their way to getting these new Ultimate Team additions.
Only one of the players has yet to be revealed, the offensive Champion, which will be unveiled on the official Madden Ultimate Team account on Twitter.
That final reveal should happen around 7pm ET on Thursday, January 6, 2022.
Without further ado, here are all of the currently revealed players:
- Bruce Matthews (C) - 94 OVR - Tennessee Titans
- Sam Bradford (QB) - 94 OVR - Los Angeles Rams
- Ahman Green (HB) - 94 OVR - Green Bay Packers
- Billy Joe Dupree (TE) - 94 OVR - Dallas Cowboys
- Ahmad Rashad (WR) - 94 OVR - Minnesota Vikings
- Anthony McFarland (DT) - 94 OVR - Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Brad Van Pelt (LOLB) - 94 OVR - New York Giants
- Brandon Spikes (MLB) - 94 OVR - New England Patriots
- Jack Tatum (SS) - 94 OVR - Las Vegas Raiders
- Laron Landry (FS) - 94 OVR - Washington Football Team
- Brian Orakpo (ROLB) - 96 OVR - Washington Football Team
It's worth noting that during the reveal stream, Kraelo mistakenly said "Matt Stafford" when the Sam Bradford card was on screen, so there's a chance he may have tipped off that final champion.
Then again, Sam Bradford and Matt Stafford are similar enough names that it could've just been purely accidental.
Either way, we'll learn about that final player soon and can get ready for these to hit Madden 22 Ultimate Team.
