Madden 22 Zero Chill is finally winding down, but it's brought a total of 164 new players to Ultimate Team this year.
We've got details on every single Madden 22 Zero Chill player and when the program is set to end in Ultimate Team.
Madden 22 Zero Chill Release Date, Schedule
After the Blitz and Harvest promos wrapped things up for the month of November in Madden 22 Ultimate Team, it was time to jump into the holiday season.
For MUT 22, that meant the return of Zero Chill, which has been a staple of Ultimate Team in December for several years now.
Madden 22 Zero Chill was originally announced as having 5 different player releases, with the first on Friday, December 10, but as things wrap up we've gotten 4 core player drops and two additional ones with Stocking Stuffers and Ghosts of Madden.

The program will conclude on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, so MUT 22 players will want to make sure and get their Zero Chill grind in before that day arrives.

If you were worried Madden 22 Ultimate Team would be short on content as the holiday season rolled on due to the postponement of Team of the Week, Zero Chill has more than filled that gap.
When announced, we were promised "160+" new players in Ultimate Team, and that's exactly what we got.
Release 1 brought 32 players, Release 2 had 28 more, Release 3 had 28 more, Release 4 had 16 more, Stocking Stuffers had 34 players, and Ghosts of Madden had 26 players.
This comes up to a grand total of 164 new players, which doesn't include the Holiday Edition LTDs or Frozen Legends which while themed weren't officially part of the Zero Chill program.

Get Presents by beating Challenges and using Snowflakes
With the new Madden 22 Zero Chill program, we're also getting tons of new content and ways for players to play through Ultimate Team.
Presents make a return, which have been used in Zero Chill before, and this year there will be 16 different types of presents you can collect throughout the program.
Once we arrive at Christmas Day on December 25, all the Presents you've collected will open, and bigger presents mean more powerful players.
You'll also be on the Hunt for Ornaments, as a special MUTmas Ornament has been hidden in one of the many Madden 22 Zero Chill challenges.
There will be a hint on the mission once the program goes live, and that hint should indicate which of the Zero Chill challenges has the special MUTmas Ornament.
Another MUTmas Ornament will be hidden on December 15, 2021 at 10am ET, and a new hint will be provided so you can look for that one as well.
Snowflakes will operate as a new form of currency in Madden 22 Zero Chill, and you'll accumulate Snowflakes through playing Zero Chill content on top of the 2500 Snowflakes given as a Daily Login Reward.
You'll be able to exchange that Ornament for Yarn Collectibles, which will allow you to upgrade Ugly Sweater players won during House Rules.
Coming Unraveled House Rules & Rewards
We learned during the Madden 22 Zero Chill reveal that three different House Rules events are planned for Ultimate Team.
The first, which is named Coming Unraveled, will last a total of 8 days before coming to an end on Friday, December 17 and likely signaling the next House Rules event being released.
When playing in Coming Unraveled, you'll find that every single play has a 5-play cooldown before you can use it again, and all plays can only be used twice.
As you rack up wins in Coming Unraveled, you'll receive the following rewards:
- 1 Win: 80 OVR Ugly Sweater Player
- 5 Wins: Two Random Presents
- 10 Wins: Yarn Collectible
- 15 Wins: Ornament Collectible
- 20 Wins: Yarn Collectible
- 25 Wins: Medium Present
