Dead Space, the long-dormant EA-owned horror franchise, is finally making its return with a fully-fledged remake some point soon. Helmed by a new studio, we can be sure to expect some brand new surprises and scares.
Luckily, we're due to see a livestream that should illuminate some of the questions fans have for the game. Here is when you can watch the latest stream and how to watch it.
When is it?
You can watch the Developer Livestream today on August 31st at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET / 6 pm BST. This gives you just a little bit of time to prepare for it for yourself.
This is likely the first of many streams the team will do and should give some insight into where the Dead Space Remake is going in terms of its development. Motive Studio are finally giving some more information into what they've been doing over the last year.
How to watch it
Like other livestreams, there will be a few main ways to view the stream. The first is via their Twitch Channel. With almost 5k followers, we aren't expecting this stream to be huge over on Twitch, giving you space to chat and take part in the community. If you want something slightly slower-paced with fewer people, here is where you want to be.
Although the team isn't directly streaming to YouTube, you can also catch a third-party stream like that hosted by GameSpot. It is live right now and already has hundreds of people in it, hours early. This should have a large viewer base, seeing thousands of people interacting and commenting at one time. If you want something a little more hectic, this is the choice for you.
If you can't be around for the stream, make sure to check out RealSport over the coming weeks for all the latest information on Dead Space.
