How to See My Coordinates in Subnautica Below Zero

Subnautica: Below Zero is an open-world survival game initially only playable on PC, but it is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.

As is often the case with survival games, new players can often be overwhelmed initially, and with the many threats facing you, Subnautica: Below Zero is no exception.

Finding Your Coordinates

Thankfully, finding your coordinates (which will be essential for determining how close you are to your current objective) is a straightforward affair.

On PC, all you need to do is simply hit the F1 key. This will open up a window that has some very useful information that can be used to aid you in your underwater explorations, like wind direction.

On console, open your PDA with the appropriate button for your system, and scroll over to the "other" tab.

For our purposes, though, look for the line that says 'world pos'. This will be followed by a series of numbers, which represent your exact location in the game world.

It will look something like this - world pos: (76.7, -332.0, -911.7)

When to Use Coordinates

Using coordinates can be an effective way of locating a point of interest. If you are using a guide, this is something you will quickly become accustomed to doing.

It can also be used to point friends and other players towards particularly resource-rich sections of the map.

If you are playing on PC and using console commands, you can also use coordinates to teleport to a specific location.
