FIFA 23 Ultimate Team continues to be dominated by World Cup content, with the new World Cup Phenoms promo out now.
Highlighting the best young players at the tournament, there are plenty of future (and current) superstars included in the squad.

World Cup Phenoms Release Time
The World Cup Phenoms promo was released in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team on Friday, 9 December at the usual time of 2pm ET / 6pm GMT.
Team 3 of World Cup Icons was released at the same time as the main Phenoms squad.
A Mini-Release of three more Phenoms came to the game on Sunday, 11 December.
The new cards will stay in packs until Friday, 16 December, when the World Cup Team of the Tournament squad will replace them.
World Cup Phenoms
World Cup Phenoms is a new event in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team that focuses on young players at the tournament.
As well as the main side coming to packs, additional players will be released via SBCs and Objectives, as usual with promos.
Team 3 of World Cup Icons also came in packs at the start of the promo, with another batch of World Cup Swaps Objectives possibly being added too.

18 World Cup Phenoms cards have been released in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, with loads of top talents included!
Headlining the squad is Portugal's Rafael Leao, with a 91-rated card, with Jude Bellingham close behind with a 90 OVR!
