There was much confusion regarding what promo would drop in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, but we have now been introduced to the new event called FUT Ballers!
The event is unlike anything we've seen in FUT before, mixing SBCs with objectives in a very interesting way.

FUT Ballers
Being a totally new promo, we didn't really know what to expect from the FUT Ballers event in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team - which was exciting!
The event is probably best summarised by this message from EA:
Welcome to FUT Ballers! An exclusive club of some of the most stylish and creative footballers.
With upgrades to dribbling stats, skill moves, and flair traits along with unique and memorable dynamic images to style your Ultimate Team to the next level.
An SBC will be released daily with a FUT Ballers Premier League player, which you can then upgrade further by completing the corresponding Play to Style objectives.
Additional FUT Ballers cards have come in another objective set, titled Play to Ball.
As was leaked, there will be no promo items in packs from the FUT Ballers promo.

FUT Ballers Release Date
The FUT Ballers promo in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team was released on Friday, 17 March at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.
No promo items were added to packs, but an objective player and the first SBC item were released, with daily SBCs coming throughout the week.

There are no promo players in packs, but the following cards have gained a FUT Ballers item:

- Arnuat Danjuma (OVR 87), Hattan Bahebri (OVR 87), Aiden McGeady (OVR 87) - OBJ
- Patrick Bamford (OVR 85) SBC / (OVR 88) OBJ
- Dejan Kulusevski (OVR 86) SBC / (OVR 88) OBJ
- Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (OVR 84) SBC / (OVR 86) OBJ
- Junior Firpo (OVR 87) - OBJ
- Jack Grealish (OVR 88) SBC / (OVR 90) OBJ
- Noni Madueke (OVR 84) SBC / (OVR 87) OBJ
- Ederson (OVR 90) SBC / (OVR 91) OBJ
We have also seen SBCs released for:
FUT Ballers Leaks
All of the leaks for FUT Ballers cards have now made their way into the game, so aside from the releases of Noni Madueke and Ederson via SBCs, we don't think any more players will gain an upgrade.
