FIFA 23 is in full swing, which means the return of the competitive scene, giving amateurs and pros alike the chance to win silverware - and money!
The ePremier League is returning for the fifth year, giving fans the opportunity to represent their club and bring back the trophy.
Find out all you need to know about registering for the competition, the format and the prize pool, below.
Pro Mentality
With an open invite to the ePremier League, it will allow all levels of players to try to compete - from novice to pro.
You may have the talent on the virtual pitch to compete with the best, however, your mentality as a player will also be put to the test.
This is an area that often separates the pro players from the rest of us, with Shaun "Shellzz" Springette telling us in a recent interview:
"Every tournament I go to I think I can win it! Obviously, we take one game at a time, but our eyes are on the trophy."
It is this mindset that helped him win the 2020/21 ePL, which ended up going right down to penalties!
When we spoke to him at the time of his victory, Shellzz said:
"At this level, anyone can beat anyone – you’ve just got to perform under pressure and I believe if I perform at the best of my ability I can beat anyone. I always believed I could go all the way."
So, make sure when you take part in any stage of the ePremier League, your mentality is set to that of a winner!
Registration
Registration for the ePremier League is open now and can be found here.
You must be a UK resident aged 16 and over to enter, and play FIFA 23 Ultimate Team on PS5 or Xbox Series X|S, but apart from that, the competition is open to all!
Players of all abilities will compete for a place in the Club Playoffs by participating in a series of online open qualification tournaments, played using crossplay, throughout November.
The season’s Grand Final will take place on Saturday, 25 and Sunday, 26 Match, 2023, at Here East in London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Format
After registering, players will compete in a series of online qualification tournaments, with the best advancing to the Club Playoffs.
Each of the 20 Premier League clubs will then narrow down the competitors and take forward two players, one per console, to represent them at the Grand Final.
