With many different tasks and game modes, FIFA 22 Ultimate Team can be a tricky place to prioritise your playtime in.
We have you covered, with this weekly look at all the objectives and SBCs, letting you know what to look out for and where to avoid.
Where possible we will also be highlighting how to combine multiple objectives, to streamline your play.
Monday
Weekend League rewards are available at 2am ET / 7am GMT if you did not complete all your matches.
Team of the Week 20 wasn't the best, so there aren't many top Red Picks to choose from.
Sadio Mane is the best of the lot, so congratulations if you get him in your selection, then it is Angel Di Maria, but from then on all the cards are rated 84 OVR or lower.
The Future Stars promo has landed, and we're getting used to completing the daily SBCs to gain tokens for the new Future Stars Swaps rewards, so make sure you don't miss out on them.
EA has also been hiding Swaps tokens in other content, such as the Paolo Maldini loan SBC, so find out how to gain all the tokens right here.
If you haven't yet completed the objectives for Ligue 1 League Player Jason Berthomier time is ticking, as they expire on Wednesday, 9 February.
You can use this Ligue 1 Managerial Masterpiece XI to charge through the requirements.
We highlighted it last week, but today is the final day for completing any outstanding Icon Swaps objectives and the SBCs, however, it may be too late to do anything about that as they expire at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.
Tuesday
Today is your last chance to bring in Silver Stars Morgan Gibbs-White, so make sure you have completed that.
With the objectives being able to be completed in less than an hour it's definitely worth doing.
This week you will be rewarded with a Future Stars Token as well as the Silver Stars player.
Once that is done you can look to complete objectives for Future Stars Academy Player Trevoh Chalobah, which you can either look to blitz through or take your time with, as they expire on Friday, 11 March.
When you get to the 85 OVR version you can combine his objectives with PL League Player Malang Sarr (if you are yet to complete them), as both need doing in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece.
You have until Monday, 14 March for the Sarr objectives, so there is no rush for either, although we would recommend cracking on with them before the content starts to pile up again.
Wednesday
Team of the Week 21 will arrive on Wednesday, 9 February at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.
After the terrible TOTW 20 squad, we could be in for a treat, with top performances from two of the top-rated cards in the game.
Both Lionel Messi and Robert Lewandowski are in with a shout, with the pair scoring and assisting in their respective games.
A new Silver Stars card will also be released, so get that completed and out of the way so you don't have to worry about it for the rest of the week.
Then you can look to get on with more player objectives or play some Division Rivals and Squad Battles to work towards the Year In Review rewards.
Thursday
Division Rivals rewards will be released at 3am ET / 8am GMT on Thursday, 10 February, but aside from that, it will probably be a quiet day for new content.
If you've amassed some packs you may want to break them all open now, with Future Stars Team 1 rotating out on Friday, 11 February at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.
Alternatively, you may want to keep hold of them and try your luck with Team 2, and you can check out who might be included with all the Future Stars leaks right here.
Friday
Weekend League kicks off at 4am ET / 9am GMT, so make sure you've qualified for that if you plan to enter.
As mentioned, Future Stars Team 1 will rotate out of packs, with Team 2 set to enter packs at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.
As well as more brilliant players entering packs, we should see some new objectives and SBCs too!
Saturday
If you've qualified for Weekend League then your day will be occupied with that.
Look to be hitting 51 points as a minimum, as the rewards get much better from that stage upwards.
If you've not entered, then completing objective players and amassing Squad Battles/Division Rivals games for the Year In Review objectives will be your goal.
Sunday
Squad Battle rewards will be available at 3am ET / 8am GMT, which could be quite good if you've been playing them for the Year In Review objectives.
Again, it will be another day of Weekend League or player objectives.
We should see another mini-release at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT, with Ferran Torres, Elif Elmas and Takehiro Tomiyasu getting the second of their Dual Potential cards.
Live SBCs
There are quite a few Icon cards available at the moment, and we would recommend completing their loan card options, as you can use them infinitely in FUT Friendlies, and they could come in very useful in the future.
To find out all the current Live SBCs, check out our SBC Hub.
Worth completing:
- Patrik Schick - A cheap POTM card that could be handy for Bundesliga objectives
- Jesper Karlsson - Could come in useful for any future Eredivise objectives and won't break the bank
- Orkun Kokcu - Another player to fill out your Eredivise side
- Paolo Maldini (loan) - Gets you a Future Stars Swaps Token, plus Maldini on loan
- Olivier Giroud - A beast of a forward with easy French links
- Giacomo Raspadori - Super cheap for a player with the base stats of an 86 OVR
- David De Gea - Cheap fix if you're in need of a top Premier League goalkeeper
- Talent Scout Winner Arthur Cabral - Similar stats to Future Stars Dusan Vlahovic but at a budget price
- Dominic Calvert-Lewin - Could be your new go-to Prem striker and much cheaper than other options
