With many different tasks and game modes, FIFA 22 Ultimate Team can be a tricky place to prioritise your playtime in.
We have you covered, with this weekly look at all the objectives and SBCs, letting you know what to look out for and where to avoid.
Where possible we will also be highlighting how to combine multiple objectives, to streamline your play.
Monday
Team of the Season content continues to roll on, with the Bundesliga TOTS and Saudi Pro League TOTS squads now in packs.
The Live FUT Friendly: Premier League Cup, with corresponding objectives, is still running, where you can gain packs to make the most of the promo, so make sure you play your allocated three matches a day until you've gained all the rewards.
Joining that is the Bundesliga Cup, again, with a daily match limit and objectives, so play through them each day as well.
There are a few objective players you can add to your squad for free, with representation from each promo team, and thankfully, you can combine the requirements.
The requirements for Flashback Niklas Sule mean you need to play in the Live FUT Friendly: Bundesliga Best, so you can't double up with the TOTS Vincenzo Grifo, which need to be completed in Squad Battles or Rivals.
However, you can complete the objectives for TOTS Leandre Tawamba in any FUT game mode, so you will already be working through a couple of the generic tasks, and if you bring on Saudi Pro League players as substitutes and score finesse goals with them you will be working through a couple of others.
This will leave you needing to win 10 matches in any FUT game mode with a minimum of seven Saudi Pro League starters, which will probably be quickest to do in a Live FUT Friendly where people are more likely to play Golden Goal.
You have until Friday, 20 May to complete the Sule and Grifo objectives, and until Sunday, 22 May for the Tawamba ones, so they should be first on your to-do list.
Another token swaps system has been introduced, with TOTS Swaps Set 1 out now, so keep an eye out for a token reward hiding away in any new objectives and SBCs.
There will be 25 tokens in total for Set 1, with top rewards available, so check out the best reward combinations right here.
Stay on top of all the tokens with our TOTS Token Tracker.
Tuesday
Today is your last chance to bring in the Silver Stars objective player, which is a TOTS Moments Gustavo Hamer.
With the objectives being able to be completed in less than an hour it's definitely worth doing, as free players should never be sniffed at.
There will be plenty of new content coming over the TOTS promo, so make sure you don't forget about completing the Icon Swaps 3 objectives.
The first set of nine will expire on Monday, 23 May, so this is your last week to complete them, and you can look to combine the objectives using this guide.
You will want to complete all the Icon Swaps 3 objectives in order to gain the best rewards!
Wednesday
During Team of the Season, Weekend League rewards will become available at 3am ET / 8am BST on Wednesdays (instead of Mondays) if you did not complete all your matches.
This is because the schedule has changed, with FUT Champions now open between 4pm ET / 9pm BST on a Friday until 3am ET / 8am BST on a Wednesday, to allow for TOTS promo squads to be included as rewards.
That means, depending on how many points you get, a 96 OVR Jude Bellingham and 96 OVR Christopher Nkunku are both up for grabs in player picks!
Team of the Week 35 will arrive on Wednesday, 18 May at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, and, after a couple of more subdued releases, we could be in for a big one.
Kevin De Bruyne is set for a 94 OVR card, after a superb display which saw him net four times!
Theo Hernandez, Harry Kane and Jamie Vardy could all grab high rated cards too.
A new Silver Stars card will also be released, so get that completed and out of the way so you don't have to worry about it for the rest of the week.
Thursday
Division Rivals rewards will be released at 3am ET / 8am BST on Thursday, 19 May, but aside from that, it should be a quiet day for new content.
Get all the objectives players completed, work through Icon Swaps 3 objectives, and qualify for FUT Champions.
Friday
Weekend League kicks off at the new time of 4pm ET / 9pm BST, so make sure you've qualified for that if you plan to enter.
The Bundesliga TOTS will rotate out of packs, with the La Liga TOTS replacing them at 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
We should also get another SBC player and possibly a couple of objective players relating to the La Liga squad at the same time.
Saturday
If you've qualified for Weekend League then your day will be occupied with that.
Look to be hitting 51 points as a minimum, as the rewards get much better from that stage upwards.
Other than that, Icon Swaps 3 and player objectives will be where you spend your time, competing in Squad Battles to earn better rewards for Sunday.
Sunday
Squad Battle rewards will be available at 3am ET / 8am BST, which could be quite good if you've been playing them for the Icon Swaps 3 and player objectives.
Team of the Season cards will also be available as Squad Battle rewards throughout the promo but are restricted on rating unless you hit the Elite ranks or higher.
If you land anywhere between the Silver 2 and Gold 1 rank the TOTS reward will be pretty similar, so that should be your aim unless you want to go Elite.
Again, it will be another day of Weekend League, Icon Swaps and player objectives, Squad Battles or Division Rivals.
We will get a few TOTS squad releases at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, when the Liga NOS TOTS, Super Lig TOTS and Belgium Pro League TOTS replace the Saudi Pro League TOTS in packs.
THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO COMPLETE ALL ICON SWAPS OBJECTIVES!!!
Live SBCs
To find out all the current Live SBCs, check out our SBC Hub.
Worth completing:
- Marcelo Brozovic - A card that is so cheap you will have no problem completing it with fodder in your club, useful for future SBCs
- Davy Klaassen - If you're in need of a cheap Eredivisie CM he has the stats of an 89-rated player on basic chemistry
- Karim Benzema - In case you need to get rid of some high rated duplicates, bring in this 94-rated card with them
- Dele Alli - Expensive, but reasonably priced, with brilliant total in-game stats
- Adebayo Akinfenwa - Great to use in-game and cheap enough to complete
- Carlos Junior - A top Saudi Pro League player to help complete objectives
- Connor Goldson - A cheap option if you're in need of a decent English centre-back
