The best Premier League XI has been unveiled by EA as they continue to reveal the FIFA 22 ratings.
What a team it is soo, although we are not so sure about the formation they have chosen!
Even so, this team looks almost unstoppable ahead of FIFA 22 and we can't wait to see these players in action.
Best Premier League XI
The best that the Premier League has to offer has been revealed and the XI selected by EA looks unreal.
The formation is a bit dodgy though, so we would change it to a 3-4-1-2 if it was down to us!
Goalkeeper
A new rating of 89 OVR for Ederson sees him pip Brazilian compatriot Alisson to the number one spot.
Last season's Golden Glove winner is worthy of the Premier League's best XI and gets us off to the ideal start.
Defence
Once again it is a back three made in Liverpool as all three defenders are members of Jurgen Klopp's squad.
Although they would never play in a back three, Trent Alexander-Arnold (OVR 87) and Andrew Robertson (OVR 87) are two of the best full-backs in the world and will play in the wider defensive roles.
In the middle is Dutch titan Virgil van Dijk, who has seen his rating drop to 89 OVR ahead of FIFA 22.
This certainly seems harsh to us as he spent most of last season in the doctor's office!
Midfield
This is where it gets interesting as EA's post has the best XI down in a 3-4-3 system, but that doesn't suit the players they have selected.
We think it should be five across midfield, with Mohamed Salah (OVR 89) and Heung-Min Son (OVR 89) on the flanks.
In central midfield would be Manchester City playmaker Kevin De Bruyne (OVR 91) and Chelsea superstar N'Golo Kante (OVR 90). What a pairing that would is!
Just in front of them in a central attacking midfield role would be Bruno Fernandes (OVR 88) who could be given the license to free roam.
Attack
Romelu Lukaku (OVR 88) has returned to the Premier League and is already terrorising defences, but there is no room for him in FIFA 22's best Premier League XI.
Instead, Cristiano Ronaldo (OVR 91) and Harry Kane (OVR 90) form a strike partnership that would instil fear into any opposition.
Ronaldo has returned to the league after securing the Golden Boot in Serie A, edging out Lukaku in the process!
Kane has been awarded an upgrade to his ratings, and that hardly comes as a surprise after registering the most goals and most assists in the league last season.
