FIFA 22 Ratings: Premier League's best has been shaken up with NEW stats

The Premier League has gotten underway, and it looks like it could be a tight one.

Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool all look to be the ones fighting it out for pole position, but there is a lot of games left to play and anything could happen.

Here are the best Premier League players in FIFA 22.

Lastest - Best Prem players confirmed!

After teasing us with the top 22 players on FIFA 22, EA have given us another tease.

This is how they line up some of the best from the Premier League, but there are many players that are not included, some with better ratings than that 11!

Cristiano Ronaldo (OVR 91)

THE GOAT RETURNS - CR7 is back where it all started

Manchester United have brought Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford, and just being associated with them means he has had a downgrade to 91 OVR in FIFA 22.

He has secured joint best Premier League player in FIFA 22 though.

Kevin De Bruyne (OVR 91)

SIMPLY DE BEST - KDB is likely to hold to his best Premier League player tag in FIFA 22

If it wasn't for Ronaldo, Kevin De Bruyne would be the top player in the Premier League, with the Belgian in a world in his own among attacking midfielders.

Aged 29, the Belgian is at the peak of his powers and shone in City's glittering side across a range of positions last season.

N'Golo Kante (OVR 90)

INTO THE 90s - Three consecutive Champions League MotM awards shows Kante cuts it on the biggest stage

Simply, Chelsea would not have won the Champions League without N'Golo Kante. The World Cup winner won the Man of the Match award in both legs of the semi-final and then again in the final - showing he is the most destructive midfielder in the world.

He secured the 90 OVR rating, which could have been even more if France had won the Euros!

Harry Kane (OVR 90)

ALL ROUNDER - Harry Kane is one of the most complete forwards we've ever seen

Will all knew what a deadly finisher Harry Kane was, but this season he showcased that he can create too, picking up the most assists in the Premier League - as well as the Golden Boot.

The only thing preventing the England captain from going to the next level is silverware - but will that change now it is confirmed he is staying in North London?

Virgil van Dijk (OVR 89)

OUT OF ACTION - Van Dijk missing most of the season surely dictated his FIFA 22 rating

It's tough on Virgil van Dijk to lose his 90 OVR rating after the ACL injury he suffered last October.

He has gained PAC but lost out on PHY, potentially making him better to play with in FUT.

Heung-min Son (OVR 89)

OH, SONNY BOY - Heung-min Son's days at Spurs could be numbered

Son will be an 89 OVR in FIFA 22!

Harry Kane's partner in crime at Heung-min Son - the Korean never gives up and contributed to 17 goals and 10 assists in the league last season.

With Kane staying, expect their partnership to continue terrorising defences - especially as he is the prime of his career aged 28.

Alisson (OVR 89)

LEAP OF FAITH - Alisson's header against Sheffield United ended up being crucial for Champions League qualification

A difficult season for Alisson as he lost the protection of Liverpool's main centre back pairing in Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez.

A crucial headed goal shows Alisson has another string to his bow, but there is an impression his reputation as the Premier League's best is under threat.

Mohamed Salah (OVR 89)

CLINICAL - Mo Salah actually scored more goal last season than in Liverpool's title winning campaign

It was a relatively quiet season for Mohamed Salah - despite scoring 22 goals.

If he's picking up those kinds of numbers in a Liverpool side that's not firing on all cylinders, watch out for him when they get back up to full speed.

Ederson (OVR 89)

GAME CHANGER - Ederson has redefined the goalkeeping role

Despite securing consecutive Premier League Golden Gloves, Ederson is still behind Alisson in the pecking order for Brazil's number 1 jersey.

The 27-year-old Ederson is perhaps the best goalkeeper in the world with his feet, and perhaps it's just a question of being tested more to get his rating any higher.

Sadio Mane (OVR 89)

MANE DOWN - His rating has taken a hit like Salah's

Another casualty from Liverpool not again meeting their high expectations last season, Mane drops down a rating.

Still frighteningly quick, he will once again see a lot of play in the game.

Romelu Lukaku (OVR 88)

HIT MAN - Can Lukaku challenge for the Premier League Golden Boot

Beast mode is fully on at Chelsea. Romelu Lukaku has returned to Stamford Bridge and is ready to tear up the Premier League once more.

A proven goal scorer in England, Lukaku will strike fear into every defender in the country.

Bruno Fernandes (OVR 88)

SPOT-KICK KING - Bruno Fernandes needs to shake the penalty merchant tag if he is to rival the world's best

Man Utd fans will be screaming out for their main man Bruno Fernandes to reach a 90 rating, but they must remember that half of his Premier League goals last season came from the penalty spot.

Perhaps to get to that top-level, Bruno needs a higher calibre of players around him, and with international teammate CR7 in the ranks, he may have the right man.

Other confirmed ratings:

  • Raheem Sterling (OVR 88)
  • Ruben Dias (OVR 87)
  • Andrew Robertson (OVR 87)
  • Jadon Sancho (OVR 87)
  • Trent Alexander-Arnold (OVR 87)
  • Paul Pogba (OVR 87)
  • Hugo Lloris (OVR 87)
  • Joao Cancelo (OVR 86)
