Fans of FC 24 have been treated to an ever-changing game, with plenty of updates improving gameplay, realism, and mechanics, and there is a new update incoming. The big summer release introduces content tied in with EURO 2024.
Ups and downs come with every game, but EA has ensured that things are made right wherever needed. With plenty of time left until the release of FC 25, there is one update that fans are buzzing about.
Festival of Football Update Available Now
Those who have enjoyed the FIFA/EA FC series for years will have experienced game modes based on World Cups and EUROs tournaments, and there is a new update available now in FC 24!
EURO 2024 starts on June 14, with Germany and Scotland starting proceedings for the month-long tournament, and EA has released the brand-new EURO 2024 update on June 6, with the Pitch Notes for the update giving us everything we need to know about what's been added to the game.
EURO 2024 Game Mode
A UEFA EURO 2024 tournament game mode is ow available in FC 24. In this mode, you can choose a national team and embark on a journey to win the prestigious tournament, as well as Lead Your Nation in a Player Career Mode-type of adventure, and there have also been eight new national teams added to FC 24.
In addition, EA has added Euro 2024's answer to Online Friendlies, as well as The European Journey, which allows players to complete challenges with prizes coming in the future!
EURO 2024 Ultimate Team
The next promo in FC 24 Ultimate Team will be called 'The Greats of the Game,' and feature Heroes and Icons who will have a chance to be upgraded based on their nations' performances in the Euros and Copa America!
On top of that, there will be several releases into FC 24 Ultimate Team, and the names of the promos are as follows:

- Copa America Path to Glory
- Copa America Make Your Mark
- Copa America Make Your Mark Plus
- Copa America Festival of Football Academy
- UEFA Euro International Stars
- UEFA Euro Team of the Tournament

EA has also released Season 7: Festival of Football into Ultimate Team, which is by far the greatest season of Ultimate Team in FC 24, allowing players to get their hands on a bunch of packs, players, stadium items, and more.
