eFootball: Konami announces EXCLUSIVE deal with MAJOR European club

eFootball has announced another brand new license deal to add to their growing portfolio, with another European footballing giant siding with Konami.

Check below for everything you need to know about the latest multi-year license deal struck by Konami.

Inter and eFootball Partnership

Konami have announced that eFootball and Italian giants Inter Milan have entered into a multi-year deal that will see the former Italian champions become exclusive to eFootball from 2024 onwards.

This means that authentic kits, training kits, and the infamous San Siro stadium will be exclusive to eFootball moving forward.

Following the news of Juventus' deal ending with Konami, the developers have wasted no time in snapping up a number of new deals, with Bayern Munich already announced.

Inter Milan will feature in eFootball from version 2.0.0 onwards, with this brand new license deal representing a huge win for Konami.

AC Milan Sign

AC Milan have also agreed a multi-year deal with Konami, with the announcement arriving a few months back.

The official announcement read:

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. today revealed they have formed a multi-year partnership with Italian club AC Milan which will incorporate a range of elements into the eFootball™ title.

CIAO - AC Milan will part ways with EA after just two years

With EA's exclusive partnership with AC Milan ending this summer, Konami's new partnership will come into effect on Friday, 1 July 2022.

There is nothing to say that the new partnership is exclusive, so for now AC Milan will remain in EA's FIFA franchise as we know it.
