The EA FC 25 Ultimate TOTS promo squad is arriving in Ultimate Team on June 6 and will be available for one week. According to reliable leaks, the promo will introduce twelve cards via SBCs or objectives throughout that week.
These twelve cards have already been revealed by leaks, with most being End of an Era cards and a few being Flashback cards. Most have impressive attributes and great PlayStyles, with a handful being considered meta cards.

The Kevin De Bruyne, Muller, and Modric cards are by far the best in this list. All of them have astonishing attributes across the board and possess four PlayStyles+. This makes them not only meta cards, but among the most meta cards in EA FC 25.
Nkunku, James, and Hummels are the other standout cards in this promo. While they don't have four PlayStyles+, which immediately puts them a tier below the ones mentioned above, they have fantastic attributes and are great additions to most squads.
The remaining cards are very middle-of-the-road, and unless you have a specific theme team you can include them in, they won't be worth acquiring. That's for the ones that come via SBCs, as the cards that arrive via an objective are always worth getting, since they are free.
As usual, the top cards in the promo will likely arrive as an SBC, and they won't be cheap. So, if De Bruyne, Muller, Modric, or any of the other standout cards catch your eye, make sure to save your fodder as you will need it.
