How to Get Fragment of a Golden Melody in Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact Version 4.6 has introduced a Fontainian map expansion home to the formidable new World Boss: the Statue of Marble and Brass. Upon defeat, this boss drops the coveted level-up material, Fragment of a Golden Melody. Players will need to accrue 46 of these drops to fully ascend the new 5-star Pyro powerhouse, Arlecchino.

Also known as Legatus Golem, this majestic colossus is a relic of a lost civilization, and now stands guard in a recess of the Faded castle, waiting for anyone who dares challenge it!

How to get Fragment of a Golden Melody

The Genshin Impact Version 4.6 has introduced the fallen Fontainian kingdom of Remuria as an explorable area, accessible through Petrichor Island! Given the Statue of Marble and Brass's role as Remuria's protector, it’s only expected that it lies in this vast new area. Defeating it will grant you the new level-up material, Fragment of a Golden Melody.

There are no additional prerequisites in challenging the Statue of Marble and Brass. You can face it immediately after completing the Archon Quest: Prologue Act 3 “Song of the Dragon and Freedom”, which will automatically activate a Teleport Waypoint near the boss. You can also pinpoint its exact location using the “Enemies” tab of your Adventurer Handbook.

While this ancient golem proclaims the immortality and glory of a great civilization, it’s in no way invincible. The Statue of Marble and Brass opens the fight cloaked in a Geo shield. Your key to breaking this defense lies in utilizing Geo Claymore attacks. Once the shield crumbles, it becomes significantly more susceptible to damage. Unleash a flurry of attacks to capitalize on this window of opportunity.

Throughout the battle, it will deploy resonators to amplify its attacks. These resonators can be destroyed with elemental reactions. Destroying them will not only weaken the Statue's offense but also provide valuable openings for your team to counter. Since its resonators are Pyro-based, opt for Hydro or Electro sub-DPS characters!

As with other World Bosses, you can claim precious rewards for defeating the Statue of Marble and Brass, including the Fragment of a Golden Memory. But remember, you'll need 40 Original Resin to claim them!

Since the number of drops you can claim fluctuates, you may need to challenge the boss up to 20 times to accrue 46 Fragments of a Golden Memory for Arlecchino!
