Despite the console being nearly 6 months old, many gamers are still unable to secure either an Xbox Series X or S.
But, with the consoles becoming less profitable for scalpers, players might finally be able to purchase the next-gen system.
Walmart Restock This Week
According to Walmart's website, both the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S will be available as part of the Xbox All Access Program on Thursday, March 25th at 12pm PT/3pm EST.
It is also likely that the consoles will be available to purchase in full for $500/$299.
What Is The Xbox All Access Program?
The Xbox All Access program is Microsoft's own finance program that is available through their own website and select retailers, including Walmart.
Players can purchase either console and a 2-year subscription for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on a 24 months 0% finance agreement, making the payments just $25 per month for the Series S and $35 per month for the Series X.
It actually works out slightly cheaper than buying the console and Game Pass Ultimate individually.
It does mean forking out for a 2-year subscription, but Game Pass Ultimate gives players access to Xbox Live Gold for online play, plus the whole Game Pass library including EA Play for both console and PC, Game Pass for PC and Project xCloud.
All in all, players have access to around 350-400 titles to choose from on console, PC, and mobile devices.
Outriders On Game Pass
Outriders is likely going to be one of the hottest games of 2020 and Xbox players are in luck, the game is going to launch on day one on Xbox Game Pass.
Meaning that anyone who grabs a new Xbox on Thursday using the All Access program will be able to play the game at launch for absolutely free.
In an Xbox Wire blog post, Phil Spencer made the announcement saying,
"Starting April 1, Xbox Game Pass for Console and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can jump into this true genre-hybrid from Square Enix, which combines brutal combat with deep RPG systems."
