Here's Every Game Coming To Xbox Game Pass In August 2021

You may think we're jumping the gun a little, but it's never too early to get hyped for anything related to Xbox Game Pass. The incredible subscription service is already having a fantastic July with titles like UFC 4 and Tropico 6 joining the list of available titles.

Looking forward to August on Xbox Game Pass, we're going to take a look at some of the confirmed titles perks coming next month.

Confirmed Xbox Game Pass Titles For August

We currently have two games confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in August and both are brand new releases, in a sense.

Hades will launch onto Xbox Game Pass on 13 August. The Game Of The Year candidate from the 2019 Game Awards has received nothing but critical acclaim since its official release out of early access.

Grabbing the title for Xbox Game Pass was a huge coup as the home console port of Hades has been a hot topic since it was only available on PC at launch and had only been ported to the Nintendo Switch since.

The other title is a brand new release called 12 Minutes. In this highly anticipated indie time twister, you'll take on the role of a husband stuck in a time loop in which he and his pregnant wife are attacked by an imposter police officer.

Each gameplay loop will last 12 minutes (fancy that) and in each loop, the goal is to uncover more about the reason why you come under attack and how to ultimately prevent any harm coming to you, your wife and your unborn child. 12 Minutes will launch on Xbox Game Pass on 19 August.

Xbox Game Pass - EA Play Trials

In August you'll also receive early access to a 10 hour trial for Madden 22 which is due for release on 20 August. As with many EA Play trials in the past, it will be available around a week before the game is available.

The Madden 22 EA Play trial will begin on 12 August. You have 10 hours of game time to play through whichever modes you want, but once your trial is up, you have to purchase the game to play further. Progress will carry over if you do this.
