These hats, as opposed to the Winter Clothes and Boots, can't be crafted by a Tailor or purchased via the Auction House, instead, they drop from Normal and Heroic Dungeon and Raid bosses.

Their drop rates aren't 100 percent guaranteed. That means you might have to kill bosses numerous times until you get your hats.

The bosses who drop these hats are usually wearing a hat of their own, signifying which colored hat they drop.
