Rocket League's Halloween event is on the way and there's a lot to look forward to from Haunted Hallows 2021. Here's everything you need to know about the new LTM, what items are on offer, and everything else that might be interesting. Get ready to take Gotham City by storm!
BATMAN DLC - Three Batmobiles arrive in-store
If you're looking for something to spend your Rocket League credits on, 2021's Haunted Hallows event might be exactly what you're after. Three Batmobiles are being added to the Rocket League store for the duration of the Haunted Hallows Halloween event and we can't wait to pick them up.
Michael Keaton's 1989 Batmobile is joined by Christian Bale's Dark Knight Tumbler and Ben Affleck's Batmobile from Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. You can pick up each individual Batmobile Bundle - which comes with a Reel Life Decal and Goal Explosion - for 800 Credits or all three for 2000 Credits!
If you already own something, you can get the Reel Life Decals for 300 Credits or the Goal Explosion for 500 Credits individually.
START DATE - When does Haunted Hallows 2021 begin?
A new announcement has finally revealed when the next Haunted Hallows event will begin in Rocket League! The event will run from October 14th to November 1st.
Not only did we get a start date, but we also got some hints as to the content coming to Rocket League come October 14th - and a Batman theme with new events and cosmetics straight out of Gotham.
Check out a teaser for the new event below.
WHAT TO EXPECT - New items, LTMs, and more
Rocket League's Haunted Hallows event always introduces a new selection of event-limited cosmetics that can be bought with an event-limited currency earned during the event.
In addition to this, LTMs are usually made available during the Haunted Hallows event - however, they're often just standard Rocket League modes on "night maps". Take 2020's Haunted Hallows event, for example...
" This year's Haunted Hallows is also bringing two Limited Time Modes: Haunted Heatseeker and Spike Rush. Haunted Heatseeker is Heatseeker but in the spooky new Haunted Urban Arena, and Spike Rush will take place on night map variants."
At the moment, we're expecting something similar - however, we don't think anything more extravagant will be released for Rocket League during the Haunted Hallows event in 2021. Keep an eye on the official social media channels for more information, though. We should see more from the team at Psyonix soon...
