PUMA has announced a new range of clothing and footwear is being released alongside Coca-Cola this year via a nostalgic Americana-style photo shoot.
Featuring new retro colourways of the Slipstream and Rider sneakers, the collection is said to be a celebration of the long heritages of both companies.
Coca-Cola isn't the only brand dropping a PUMA collaboration this year though, as Scuderia Ferrari has also partnered with the sportswear label to release a full Autumn/Winter collection.
That said, we're focusing solely on the new PUMA x Coca-Cola collection in this article. So, without further delay, here's everything we know about the collaboration so far...
PUMA x Coca-Cola Collection Release Date Speculation
According to PUMA, the Coca-Cola range is scheduled to arrive in two parts, with the first collection out now as of 11 August 2022 and includes hoodies, shorts, graphic tees, relaxed polos, and a new Slipstream colourway.
As for the second drop, PUMA has only confirmed that it will go on sale 'later in 2022' at this moment in time. However, it has announced that the collection will see more apparel arrive, plus an extended selection of footwear which includes two new Rider FV sneakers.
Interestingly, previous PUMA Rider collaborations, like these Animal Crossing New Horizon shoes, have debuted in September. While this isn't much to go off, it could provide some insight into when we might be able to expect the two new Rider FVs to be released later this year.
With there still being some speculation surrounding the second drop though, make sure you check back in with us as we'll be keeping this article updated with the latest news from PUMA right here.
PUMA x Coca-Cola Collection Designs
We haven't seen too many images of the collection just yet; however, PUMA and Coca-Cola's classic Route 66-style diner theme is made incredibly clear from the photographs we've seen so far.
Included in the T-shirt and hoodie selection are these two "Things Go Better With Coke" items dressed in white and black respectively.
The pinstriped T7 tracksuit then arrives in a burgundy-like red and features what looks to be PUMA and Coca-Cola logo patches embroidered on the chest.
In terms of footwear, the official images reveal these slightly off-white low-top sneakers with grey stripes along the side panels, red tongues, and pre-yellowed rubber midsoles.
The sneakers also appear to arrive with white hangtags with the same "Things Go Better With Coke" motif printed in red.
The final image revealed thus far showcases a red tee that features a graphic of two classic Coca-Cola glass bottles, one of which is completely filled while the other is empty.
PUMA has announced a few more items that are due to debut as part of the collection, but we haven't seen images of them just yet. Keep an eye out for more photographs from PUMA right here.
PUMA x Coca-Cola Collection Price
With the first drop now out, it's been confirmed that the Slipstream sneakers cost $100 in adult sizes.
The "Things Go Better With Coke" tees then range from $35 to $60 depending on the design, whilst graphic and pinstriped tees cost $40.
Shorts then retail between $50 and $55 and hoodies upwards of $80.
That completes the items we've seen so far.
Where To Buy The PUMA x Coca-Cola Collection
The entire PUMA x Coca-Cola range is scheduled to launch at the PUMA store over the course of the two release dates, the first of which is available now.
