After the release of its Air Jordan 1 collaboration in 2021, the Atalanta-based boutique A Ma Maniére is teaming up with Nike once again to release a new Air Jordan 2 colourway.
This isn't the only designer collaboration in the works from Nike as its partnership with Saniro looks to have been rekindled with rumours of a new Hello Kitty Air Presto in the works.
However, we're focusing on everything surrounding the A Ma Maniére collaboration here, so, if you're looking to get your hands on the sneakers, here's everything you need to know.
Air Jordan 2 x A Ma Maniére Release Date
The A Ma Maniére collaboration's release date has taken a few twists and turns as of late.
Originally, the sneakers were rumoured to arrive on 29 August, then again on 13 May; however, we can now confirm that the sneakers are out now after dropping on 3 June 2022.
Air Jordan 2 x A Ma Maniére Leaks And Design
It would seem A Ma Maniére has utilised much of the same colour scheme and theme as its previous Air Jordan collaborations.
Cracked leather makes up the majority of the upper, dressed in a light cream, while deep burgundy provides a stark contrast around the heel.
You also get a number of black and grey elements including the exotic, snakeskin-like mudguard, midsole, and laces although, interestingly, the on-feet images suggest we'll be getting a mismatch of burgundy and black laces.
The inner lining appears to be a quilted, black material which accentuates the high-end theme whilst most likely being incredibly comfortable to wear.
In terms of branding, you get the standard Jordan 'Wings' insignia on both tongues dressed in black, plus a Maniére box logo on the heel in white to counter the burgundy base.
Air Jordan 2 x A Ma Maniére Price
The A Ma Maniére Jordan 2s cost $225 in adult sizes.
It's worth noting that the previous Air Jordan 1 collaboration was available from Nike for $200, so this sees a slight increase in the price for these sneakers.
Where To Buy Air Jordan 2 x A Ma Maniére
The listing has also gone live on the SNKRS launch page, so the sneakers should be available to purchase there.
If you're not able to pick up a pair through retail, then check out the resale market at StockX as an alternative place to buy.
