Rumours surrounding the 2022/23 Chelsea home kit have begun circulating, leaving many fans wondering if a release date has been announced by Nike.
Although nothing has officially been confirmed, it's rumoured Nike could be moving away from the abstract zig-zag pattern of the current kit, possibly going for something more reminiscent of some of the best retro football kits of the past.

Chelsea Home Kit 2022/23 Release Date
There's been no word from Nike regarding when Chelsea's new home kit will be released.
However, based on previous kit launches, we predict that the new home jersey could drop at some point this July, just ahead of the club's pre-season friendlies.
This is just a prediction though, so take it with a pinch of salt until more news is revealed.
Chelsea Home Kit 2022/23 Rumoured Design
The two-time Champions League winner's 2022/23 home kit has been rumoured for some time, leading to many unofficial images and mockups of the shirt to be made.
Some of the mockups showcase what could be a blue shirt with a new collar which, in some ways, replaces the abstract pattern across the entirety of the 21/22 home shirt.
As this design is yet to be confirmed by either the club or Nike, we'd advise against taking this kit as final just yet. Stay tuned for official images once more information is revealed.
