The anticipation for PGA Tour 2K23 has been building since the new cover athlete, Tiger Woods, was revealed last week.
Take-Two has followed this up with the official announcement of PGA Tour 2K23's release date along with an all-new trailer.
On top of that, we now have some brand new information regarding which pros can be used in this year's game, varying from legends to some of the best on tour right now.

2K has just dropped a Tweet confirming some more of the playable pros that will be available in PGA Tour 2K23.
Jon Rahm, Justin Rose and Xander Schauffele are some of the biggest stars included in the reveal, with many more set to come after the game launches.
There is also a franchise-first, as female pros Lexi Thompson, Brooke Henderson, and Lydia Ko join the ranks.
Each pro is decked out in true-to-life attire and gear, and features a unique set of attributes representative of their skill set.

PGA Tour 2K23 Players
We already know that Golfing royalty Tiger Wood will be playable in this year's game, but he won't be the only pro whose shoes you can step into.
2K has confirmed that more pros will be playable in this year's game, with celebrities also joining the roster:
PGA TOUR 2K23 is the only place you can play as, or against, Tiger Woods, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, and more.
In year’s past, you’d only be able to compete against the pros, but for the first time in the PGA TOUR 2K franchise you can take control of golf’s biggest names.
As if having one of the greatest athletes of all-time isn’t enough, we’re including more as celebrity playable pros: Michael Jordan.
Jordan is just one of the playable celebrities, but you’ll have to wait for the rest.
With more celebrities and golfing stars set to be unveiled, PGA Tour 2K23 could boast quite the roster of superstars.

PGA Tour 2K23 will be released on Friday, 14 October.
