Christmastime and holiday cheer have finally arrived in Overwatch 2 with the Winter Wonderland event, giving players a chance to earn some wonderful wintertime goodies.

From now until January 4, 2023, players can participate in special arcade game modes like Freeze Thaw elimination, Yeti Hunter, Snowball Deathmatch, and Mei's Snowball Offensive. Additionally, players can complete challenges alongside these limited-time modes to earn cosmetic goodies like the Ice Queen Epic Brigitte skin, weapon charms, and more.

On top of that, to further celebrate the holiday season, players can earn Festive D.Va Victory pose and Sleighing D.Va skin via Twitch Drops.

How to get the Festive D.Va Victory Pose and Sleighing D.Va Skin in Overwatch 2

In order to get the Festive D.Va Victory pose and Sleighing D.Va skin in Overwatch 2, players will have to watch a total of six hours of Overwatch 2 content on the popular streaming website, Twitch, while the Twitch Drop is active. The Festive D.Va Victory pose only requires two hours and the Sleighing D.Va skin requires four more.

Starting Sunday, December 25, 2022, Overwatch 2 players will have until Wednesday, January 4, 2023, to get the drops.

Players can look for their favorite content creator or streamer whose drops are active, they will usually indicate it via their stream title.

Make sure the hours you're watching count by having your Battle.net and Twitch accounts linked. If you don't know how to or want to make sure they're linked, follow our steps below.

How to link Battle.net and Twitch accounts

You'll want to make sure that your Battle.net and Twitch accounts are linked in order for the hours watched to count.

Here's how to link the two:

  1. Visit Battle.net
  2. Click on your "Account Settings" and visit the "Connections" tab
  3. Scroll down to the Twitch section at the bottom and click "Connect"
  4. Click "Authorize" and confirm that it went through
  5. That's it!

Once you've followed all of the steps your Battle.net and Twitch accounts will be linked and your hours watched will count towards the corresponding Twitch Drop.
